Entrevista
The interview process mainly consisted of 4 rounds
1st- a brief word with the HR.
2nd- a telephonic round with the hiring manager, mainly technical questions(Heavy analytical based & modelling based in my case as per the profile).
3rd- A round with the Director( Mainly behavioral, describe the projects you have done).
4th- A brief round with VP(Only behavioral & fit stuff).
Case study and mathematical and statistical test. Concepts basis resume so msg in-depth understanding of what you have mentioned is important. Overall a good experience and grease learning forum. Hands on training on some coding language is an added benefit
It's a standard process to me. First interview with the HR, then the next one with the line manager. I have been asked to introduce myself first then to ask back some questions in the first interview.
Selected after submitting my CV. I did an electronic test and then an HR call. I was then called for an HR screening with other 30 candidates. I was subsequently selected and met the 4 managers of the team. Finally I met the VP in Charge of the department who offered the job.
