Horrible experience. I am a recently displaced employee who was a top performer. I applied for 3 internal roles and was told by two of them I didn't have enough experience. I made the company $37.5 million dollars in revenue and this is how I get treated. A role for open I was told by the hiring manager I needed a 30/60/90 day business plan which they then hired a guy from sysco foods wtf?? I enjoyed my time at Amex but their is life after without the risk of losing your job every year.
