Three process was typical of an insurance company. Frustrating part was "We'll get back to you in a week" was really closer to two weeks. Didn't get the job, just a generic email saying so and that I should apply to other jobs. No feedback. Two weeks later, a system generated email asking for my feedback on the process. If you don't have them time to talk to me about my process, why should I waste my time in return?
