Entrevista
Cattle call group interview. They will briefly go over the pay structure and skate around any questions telling you its covered in the second interview. The group interview starts with a personality questionairre; you could list all your answers as "cheeseburger" since they dont even look at them. Its just a way to build suspense before they go about their presentation of the job. Which is not accurate and makes it sound like you can make a ton of money working from home with weekends off. "If you hit your numbers you can take the week off after that" not true and the biggest lie they tell there.

Virtual group interview with about 11 people. They gave a breakdown of what would be required (An insurance license) and what we could expect. There is no base salary and each sale is estimated to average $500

Entrevista
Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
