Entrevista
I was lured into the interview for an "entry level management" position. They had me go in for the first interview, which lasted about 5 minutes. When the guy asked me what I wanted to avoid in a career, I said sales. He said the role was not sales-related, and then he asked me to come back the next day for a group interview that was supposed to last an hour. The next day I was there for about 2.5 hours, most of which was a guy talking about how we could make over $100,000/year by selling insurance. The job is 100% commission-based sales. Furthermore, they ask you to invest close to $500 to get your own insurance sales license, whatever it may be called. They also want you to work "retail hours" for the first 12 months (evenings and weekends). Two other ladies in the room were just as upset as I was, as one had gone in for an "HR role" and the other one had been promised she wouldn't be selling anything. This company made me waste hours of my time and I don't know how much money in gas just because they can't be honest about the jobs they're offering. If you're not interested in a commission-based sales job, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME at the interviews. Stay away from them if you don't want that.

Interview was good. I answered almost all the questions. The interviewer was very smart. He knew what exactly he was doing . He asked me about my background like what I have been doing past 10 years. I answered all of the questions.

I applied for a generic entry level management job on Indeed. Did not list the company...etc. I received a phone call from a man that spoke very, very fast. Didn't tell me again what the company was or what the job entailed ( I had to google the man's name he gave me to find out it was AIL). Told me he wasn't sure if I was a right fit yet and maybe 1 minute later he said he really liked me and asked me to come in for an interview.
In person interview: opened the door to the office at 430pm and they had techno music blaring and multiple other candidates there. In person interview was exact same conversation as on the phone, very short, wasn't sure if they liked me then said they really did and asked me to move onto next part.
At this point I've had 2 conversations with 2 different people and yet no one shared anything with me about the position, what it all entails...etc. So, I was interviewing for a job I had no knew nothing about and it was obvious all they wanted was as many applicants and interviews as possible. I denied to go further in the process.
