the initial interview i had was very different and out of the ordinary and is not how normal interviews are given. I was asked if i was gonna be able to work hard and if i was a good leader and after that i was taken in a room to fill out a survey describing my characteristics and once i was done the regional directors told us exactly what was involved and finally on the third interview it was one on one with the director and he showed me the pay structure. I also got my contract then.

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.
