I applied to one of the Manager level position and got an invite from the recruiter for a phone call. After the phone call I received another email for 2nd round. I had a good conversation with the hiring manager. She was looking for someone with hands on experience with R language. I had never used R language before, so it didn't work out. Overall, a positive experience. I would definitely apply again.
