I was referred by someone, same day I got HR screening call but after that I did not get to meet with the hiring manager perhaps meeting the basic requirements and most of the preferred ones. I think this company does not value diversity when it comes to work requirements because I have 8 years in healthcare reimbursement I guess they just preferred someone that has been doing the same role when that person needs to be train about the product.
