Three round interview, They make you take an assessment based on how well you can respond to your peers in an email describing a situation and solution. It really wasnt that hard. The Final interview is what you need to watch out for. I didn't think they would really string me along all the way to the third interview to not hire me. I honestly thought i had the job. They forgot to tell me the answer after my final interview and i had to call HR just to get told i didn't receive the job with no feedback. I really felt like it was the first person i interviewed with that choose not to hire me her question were all about how you deal with coworkers you don't get along with. I really haven't had that problem so i didn't have much to go with. She keep asking me to flesh out what i said over and over looking for that detail in an answer. Her technology also was working when she arrived and throughout the whole interview. I had a hard time hearing her and understanding. The last two guys I interviewed with i had no problem with their question, interview style and tech was fine.
