The process was disorganized. They initially interviewed for a position they had already filled. Asked for significant work samples but were unresponsive to emails. Contacted me many months later asking me to come in to chat with their team. Did not say if it was for a job interview and if so, which job. Showed up and no one had looked at my resume. A woman left the office for lunch while we were supposed to interview. It was a disrespectful interview process.
