I was prospected via Linkedin by the HR Recruiter regarding my experience within EPM and BI and set time aside for an initial phone screen. I researched the company online and I was a little suspicious about the point form (seemingly puffed up) employment reviews and also found that their technology is a bit behind others (ie Cognos, @work etc.) in the same space. During the 11 minute phone screen in which the HR Recruiter did 99% of the talking I found that their "Go to market strategy" seemed weak in a sense that I would be remote and that my existing account knowledge would be utilized in order to succeed and felt that this information would be crucial in order to gauge whether or not to hire me. I informed her that I would like to do some more research before I come to a consensus of whether or not I should leave my existing position for a place with no office on this side of the country and would get back to her.The next day I received an automatic email stating I was no longer under consideration for this position.

I applied for an AE role, and quickly the recruiter contacted me to set up a meeting.
So far so good, but then recruiter ghosted me and went silent. I followed up with an email, but now 8 days after still no reply. Very sad.

Overall was fairly fast...meet with peer, hiring mgr, and exec member. Also had to present a case study - ie how you present your value prop to a potential customer
