The hiring and interview process was long but extremely professional and streamlined. Recruitment staff did a fantastic job of setting expectations prior to interviews, and feedback post-interview was prompt and clear. The recruitment process was, however, very thorough, with recruitment staff seeming to focus on organizational fit.
