I interviewed with Anthropic in April for the Beneficial Deployment role. The process started with a recruiter reaching out and sending a CodeSignal exercise, which I completed and passed. Two weeks later we had the recruiter call. Very chilled guy, easy to talk to. The conversation feels like a casual chat but don't let that fool you. Go deep on every answer, surface level responses won't cut it. If you're based in Nairobi, be aware that visa issues can make it harder for the hiring manager to push you through to the technical interview. Still worth the shot though. Respectful process overall, just stay sharp throughout. i got sad due to the visa issues
