Two rounds of interviews. The phone interview was a phone screening with HR. There were be an OA in the phone interview. The time for the OA was 15 min and I used JavaScript. The question was very simple, removing the duplicated letters from a string. The second interview was technical interview. I was asked questions about JS higher-order functions(reduce, filter, etc.), some basic CSS selectors and styling attributes. The interviewer allows you to google if you are not certain or can't remember well the details. I think the focus of the interview is to evaluate your communication skills. For the technical aspect, since they have a training program, you only need to have a basic understanding of JS, HTML, and CSS,

Additionally, they addressed logistical aspects, such as scheduling, feedback timelines, and potential next steps based on performance. 2nd Interview – Technical Phone Screen: The second round was a technical phone screening, where the interviewer posed a series of questions primarily focused on JavaScript and its core principles. The discussion encompassed fundamental programming concepts, language-specific intricacies, and problem-solving approaches. Topics covered may have included closures, asynchronous programming, event loops, prototypes, and other key JavaScript mechanisms. Additionally, there could have been algorithmic and data structure-related challenges, testing the ability to write efficient and optimized code. The interviewer likely evaluated not just technical correctness but also coding style, problem decomposition, and overall clarity in communication.
