The process was very comfortable. You will wait in an area until more arrive, and then they will have you put your luggage in another room and you head to the group waiting area (about 30 of us).
A presentation is given, and then you can chat and wait where you will be called to complete your individual interviews.
Talk to everyone around you; they are just as nervous as you are. And be proud of yourself, because you made it this far in the process!
Questions they ask you are very situational; don't over prepare, but gather some key points from experiences you have had so you feel comfortable.
I did not get asked further questions. I'm assuming they have a few CJO's they gave on the spot, but I also don't feel I was ruled out as a candidate as well. I had a positive experience, so go into it excited!
