Yes, a big task with a new client to provide a large amount of specific staffing to an industry that I hadn't supplied to before. As I was the team manager, I had to do lots of investigating and research into the industry and staff requirements. I worked with my team to recruit for the candidates, adapting our processes along the way to match the new clients requirements, and we successfully recruited and filled all the clients vacancies.
