Shortlisting base on resume, Technical Interview, HR. They required atmost 1 CT paper which was a strange requirements as in general more should be preferred than less. Inter view was easy and questions were mostly based on CT1 and aptitude.

What are the different types of annuities. Rank them based on present value for same terms.
1st round: phone screening with HR. 2nd round;”: 4 back to back 30 minute-long inperson interviews. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from the HR, overall positive experience.

Entrevista
The process was entertaining and educative, I was asked to introduce my self. Why did apply for Aon?
I am legal in Poland? What did I study? Salary expectations? I am eligible to relocation?
They notified me about the interview less than 48 hours before hand. The interview itself was very standard and not extremely difficult. I never heard from them afterwards, which was frustrating.
