Entrevista
2 Rounds:
1) HR interview. A friendly casual conversation about me followed by a simple business case about a XL programme, aimed for candidates with no experience in the field.
2) Interview with a senior employee. A conversation followed by a GMAT style case

At Aon during both interviews they will be testing your fit:
a) for Broking team they expect you to show that your are a people person, great at communication and selling yourself
b) for CTS (Accounting) they expect you to say that you have no ambitions and ready to spend 5+ years on the same position passionately working with figures
I know a few cases when candidates were rejected Only due to the fact that they did not meet the stated above
I did the Hirevue interview, which had 5 behavioural questions (tell me about a time you worked in a team, etc.) and why Aon and this role questions. It at least gave me unlimited attempts for each question.

Entrevista
It was an AI interview with 4 questions. Starts off by asking for a brief introduction. Pretty basic. I had 2 attempts to answer each question and there was a timer for each question.
Both stages of the two-stage interview were conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They tried to gauge your skills and knowledge in a friendly manner without being overly pushy. It was very professional.
