There was a computer based test on Logical Reasoning Data Interpretation , Grammer and Reading comprehension and personality test and in next round HR will tell you your job responsibilities and in final round you will be asked question about your aptitude

HR Screening round for a batch of 12-14 people. They also ask for Psychometric test post. After a long wait there was a panel discussion with 2 service managers and next day was asked to appear for final round with delivery head.
