1st round: phone screening with HR. 2nd round;”: 4 back to back 30 minute-long inperson interviews. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from the HR, overall positive experience.

There were 4 interview rounds, each 30 minutes. I had lunch with two people in between 2 interviews. Lunch was very casual, and the employees encouraged me to speak about anything. I spent 4 hours total in the office.

Entrevista
The process was entertaining and educative, I was asked to introduce my self. Why did apply for Aon?
I am legal in Poland? What did I study? Salary expectations? I am eligible to relocation?
They notified me about the interview less than 48 hours before hand. The interview itself was very standard and not extremely difficult. I never heard from them afterwards, which was frustrating.
