I was contacted for a first round Skype interview within a few days of submitting my application. The Skype interview was with a member of HR and a former Cyber Security Associate. I got invited to the super day in New York within a few days. The super day had: tour of the lab, lunch with two analysts and the other 16 applicants, then writing sample, two rounds of behavioral and a logic test. They're pretty open about the schedule so ask your recruiter. If you don't study cyber/ know a lot of cyber security, I would recommend taking some time the week before the interview to seriously grind on cyber terms. The Cyber Associate program is purely looking at Cyber Security and is not interested in achievements in SWE or theoretical CS. A few weird things about Aon: I live pretty far away from NYC, enough that companies have always flown me there for interviews. Aon asked me to take a regional Amtrak. They also limited us to $30 in food spending. One of my interviewers made inappropriate comments about me, my background, and my body during our 1-1 but I was too surprised to say anything back.
