Went into final HR Salary discussion Round, she was like by 8pm I will send you the Offer letter but post 3 days they sent me a Rejection email. They were asking if I have out my resignation before Salary Discussion round itself on the other side they have not released the offer. They want a particular candidate without any notice period itself which is difficult. Overall time and energy waste they can be clear if they want or not instead of fooling around.
