Worse Interview Process. Applied for a position in Toronto, ON. Got contacted by a hiring manager who was in India. Wanted me to give an interview early morning (8-9 am), due to time zone difference. I agreed. But he didn't show up for the interview despite the confirmation. Did not respond on either LinkedIn or email. This is before (2020 December) the covid situation got worse, so I am sure the hiring manager did not reply due to the bad COVID situation in India in mid-2021. I contacted a senior-level employee through LinkedIn to ask for correspondence, they said they would help but have not received any response. Don't waste your time here.

I got approached directly from the company in Calgary. First step was pre-screening phone interview that lasted about half an hour. Then I got invited to in person interview. At the in-person interview I met with 6 people in separate time slots that took about 3 hours and 45 minutes in total!! I literally didn't get much breaks in between and I missed my lunch time that made me starved to dead! In this interview marathon I was asked so many redundant questions. I'm very curious to know why they are doing this to candidates and also wondering how would be the work style at Appdirect if this is only the normal interview process!

HR interview / Hangout Interview / 4 hour on-site interview I met 4 people in order lead, manager, senior, project owner, VP You should expect same question a couple of times for each people.
