Firstly I had skype interview with HR. It was talk about company, my experience, some general programming questions and organizational matters. Then I made a test task (it had time limit) - task was pretty ok, the only difficulty was that I worked with another framework, but I had been notified in advance about the tech stack, so I hade time to research a litle.
After this I had a group call with lead developers, where I received a feedback for test task and had a tech interview (it lasted for 1 hour) and then a little talk about soft skills.
Finally, I visited company for two trial days, where I was working with existed code base, could discover the work process and talk with the team.
For me the strongest part of Applike's hiring system are people. On each step I met absolute friendliness and care, communication with anyone from company was a real pleasure.
