The interview consisted of going over my resume. No actual interview questions were asked or exploration of what functions I performed were covered. I had to explain several times that I never held only one job, much of my income has come from freelance and contract work, and that I had worked since I was 15 years old, so the only positions that i listed on the resume were those that related to the job I was seeking. The recruiter seemed more interested in chronology than in skills or accomplishments. This seemed less of an interview and more something that a clerk could have done over the telephone. It also turned out that the client had withdrawn the position I had applied for before the interview began, so I felt that it was a total waste of time.
