Applied through referral and got to final interview with 3, 1:1 interviews. Mostly general behavioural questions. Super easy if you have prior experience. All of the interviewers were amazing people and I enjoyed talking to them.
However recruiter after the interviews ghosted me and after following up for second time (after a month) sent me the rejection email

I had a casual interview experience. There were a few rounds of interviews and one group interview to ensure I would be a fit for the team. They left ample room for me to ask questions

There were two different stages. The first stage was with the hiring manager and a couple of other managers. The second stage was with the Managing Director (MD). They extended an offer to me a week after the second interview
