Good they offered me the job asked me to stay to fill out some paperwork and now I'm just waiting for the very thorough background check to be completed they told me it'll be about 4-6 weeks but may be sooner. So I'm hoping it's sooner I ready to start.

What was the face to face interview like? I have one this Tuesday for BWI. What type of questions did they ask?

They asked questions like "how do you have fun at work ?" , " name a time you exceeded the expectations of a coworker?" , " tell us about a time where you had a disagreement with a coworker and how did you resolve it? " , " Why southwest and not another airline?" , "why do you want to work for southwest?" , " name a time at work where you dealt with an irate coworker or customer how did you handle it?" , " name a time at work that made you proud?"
