I applied online. Interview was a video call with the hiring manager, followed by an onsite interview with the team and upper management. The process took about 3 weeks. The hiring manager and the team were great, however, the VP of the department showed exactly how much they cared. First, they paused the interview to take a phone call in front of me, told me people can't work by themselves without asking him for help, and then started asking me questions not even related to the role or my experience. Overall left a bad taste in my mouth.
