I think its a good place for anyone interested to break into the commodity markets as you will learn a lot. The feel from the hiring team was very friendly, positive and collegial. Genuine keenness to develop and train new hires. The roles are generally very collaborative and they will have overlaps between editorial, analysis and consulting. If you are a good candidate, they will try to keep your profile on file for future positions and consider you more favourably especially if they like you and think you're a good fit (and even though you aren't exactly from the industry of the commodity you applying for).
