I had an interview for a high management position in this company. The conversation was quite professional and cordial until the moment the interviewer (a woman) asked me how I could combine a position of high responsibility with motherhood. My only response was to ask her back if she would ask a man that same question. She couldn’t respond and tried to make jokes and everything became very uncomfortable. I ruled out this company immediately. I hope they learned not to do that anymore.
