Within a week or two of applying online I received an email with a code quiz to complete. Simple ASP.NET webform to match a mockup that would email the form results on submit. It wasn't timed but you were asked to report how much time it took to do both the front end design and the back end functionality. The next week I had a phone interview with the CEO of the interactive department which went well and was followed by an in-person interview with the CEO and Developer lead.
