Telephonic interview. Very bad. Felt as if the interviewer was least interested. So unprofessional. When you have a person's resume and you know the amount of experience why do you call and then say that you are looking for someone with more experience? Waste of time and effort. Just asked to tell me about yourself and then in reply okay we are looking for someone else with more exp. LOL, then why call?
