Armis has the worst hiring process ever I’ve seen in my 10+ years of career. This was the first time Armis was hiring for new support roles based out in Sydney. The hiring process started 3 months ago and I cleared through all the stages successfully with reference checks being the final stage. After the reference check got completed, the HR told me they would like to extend an offer of employment for the mentioned job profile and the offer letter was ready to be signed. Before they could dispatch the offer, I had a small discussion with the HR discussing a few things about the job role. The HR went on leave and provided contact details of recruiters who would be taking over the role from there and provide further details. Two days later they told me the that the scope and level of the role had to be adjusted and they would need to withdraw my offer. This was the first time something like this happened that too after all the formalities like reference checks had been completed. This makes me believe that the management of Armis has no clear road map how they want to expand and just want to waste candidate’s time and efforts. I would suggest anyone applying for this job role to stay away and look for alternative options parallely since there’s no assurance you’ll ever get to join Armis.

Lots of zoom meetings. Some of them were technical, but you could feel the stress intention in everyone's voice. This is why I did not want to proceed with the offer I received from them. They also reached out several other times to try to get me to come back to the table, but I was not interested given their toxic work culture.
