There was an initial screening phone call with the recruiter, then the next day they got back to me to set up 3 30 minute Skype interviews with members of different teams. They offered me two days later.

The HR Recruiter was very nice and made me feel at ease. They let me know immediately that I got the job, which was a relief to not have to wait a month like with other places. The program is competitive but the interview process is not terrible. It really helps to go through a contact.
