I liked the interview process. It was nice to tour the facility first and then shadow with someone in the role I was applying for. This allowed me to directly see if the role would be a good fit. Also by meeting with others first it helped settle any nerves I may have had before actually speaking with the hiring manager. I thought the interview with the hiring manager went well. I did expect more situational or behavioral questions to be asked, however it did feel nice that it felt more conversational and not like the manager was just drilling me with questions.
