A lot of rounds with different people including recruiters. Will need to record up to 10 minutes of a sale pitch on a product. From there a personality test that is done online, other companies may have you answer questions at spit fire over the phone for up to an hour. If you’ve never been in the OR during surgery ask for a ride along to confirm a proper fit.

Following a HireVue interview, I was invited to do a panel interview with two VPs and the head of HR. Afterwards I scheduled a shadowing with an active Sales Rep.

Interview with Agency Owner, Area Manager, VP of Sales, Product Management, and Reps throughout the team in a specific territory. You will also have a online personality screening to determine your specific personality type. These interviews are a friendly environment but be prepared to discuss why you would be a good fit for the role and why you decided Arthrex is a company you would want to work for.
