Three video interviews and then I was invited down to their Naples, FL HQ for an onsite visit. Beautiful campus, nice recreational center, on-site hotel. All travel plans were handled well. The on-site went on from 8 ish to 4 PM with a break for lunch. I asked to see areas of the campus such as the cafeteria, surgical center and the workspace. I was told that I can not see them. I kind of knew at this time I wasn't going to get an offer. Had a nice lunch with the manager, candid conversation but overall didn't feel much enthusiasm. It was exhausting having new interviews almost every thirty minutes and some questions where "I got you" type of questions. My last two interview were video interviews, the last person I spoke to had previously had a video interview with but it was nice to speak to her. When I exited the interview room not one person out of all the people I met where there to say thank you for coming in and escort me out. There was a hallway monitor who was also surprised, she walked me out. I kind of felt the entire time that I was in the show severance, everything felt odd. Like not being able to explain how 90 days of corporate relocation, moving and storage works. There was also extreme mention about the first 90 days from everyone but nobody could go into specific details about the first 90 days and what would happen if neither one of us wanted to continue my employment before the 90 days. I got a call about a week later from someone who said I was not selected and thank you. I did ask from feedback from the manager, my email fell on deaf ears.
