I don't think that's fair considering I don't know you much past your LinkedIn profile and I'd need to understand you more if I was tasked with developing you. But I'd try and relay my own experiences as best they applied to the work we're doing. I'd listen to you and try to help you put in processes that made sense and tools that helped make us more efficient.
