The HR sent an email and text message for an interview, but what I experienced was horrible. They scheduled me for an interview, but it turned out the position was no longer available. They didn’t even inform me that I was being scheduled for a different position, not the one I actually applied for. Worse, they also invited someone else even though the position was already unavailable, completely wasting the applicant’s time, effort, and money. What’s even more frustrating is how uncoordinated the HR team seems to be, you can clearly tell that some of them are unaware of what's going on. I really hope they improve their hiring process so that people’s efforts are not wasted. Thanks!
