Asked to check basic go code and see if I could spot tricky compiler issues. That was it, don't expect anything about data, optimizations or even meta-knowledge - if you can pass a w3schools golang test, you're good.

Like a senior-level person would - asking more about the use and general awareness of system limitations rather than remembering specific syntactical knowledge as I read off a screen of code.
