One week after applying I was notified to schedule a phone interview with HR. The person who was supposed to interview me was sick, so another lady stepped in. She asked one question about what I did (she could have just looked at my resume). It was SO hard for her to type what I was saying. I had to talk at snail’s pace so she could write everything down. This was such a joke. Then I got email a month later saying they went with another candidate. But no one even got to know me?!? So I wasn’t even given a chance. Astellas, stop wasting people’s time!!!!!!
