Mostly a combination of a few technical and a few behavioral questions. I was asked about my personal experiences and how they would translate to this position. I was also asked questions about the field that were not too technical in nature.

First a Hireview, then a real interview. They have a pretty fast pace so all took about 2 weeks. They are very clear about the timing of the intern and the salary you will get.
