The interview lasted 8am- 4pm with various tests, interviews and group activities. We received an overview of the company, we had a tour of the building, we had a lunch together, this was nice as it made the day feel less intimidating. There were around 10 employees involved on our assessment day which was nice as we got to build a relationship with them.
