Phone interview with recruiter went well. Recruiter called to set up hiring manager interview for the next day at 8am or following day. Told recruiter either day would work. Never heard back and had to call recruiter the next day. She apologized and said hiring manager never got back to her until the following day and he decided not to do the interview. Poor communication from the hiring manager. The AZ recruiter felt bad and really didn't know what to say. Very disappointing when recruiter says you will be moved to one on one interviews and hiring manager doesn't follow through.
