I only had one interview with the hiring manager and it went well I thought. Asked about previous experience mostly and gave a high-level overview of the role and team. I had more of an issue with the recruiter for the Data Science roles. It was about ~3-4 weeks from when I applied that I heard back to supply some times I was available the week after. Did not adhere to any of those but calls me the day I have an interview with a few hour's notice... It seems like I was going to move on to the next rounds and never heard back even after following up with the email to which the recruiter was not responsive. Even the hiring manager hinted that recruiting was not very organized.
