I went into the interview 80% sure I was disinterested because A) they solicited personal information via a second application before a job offer B) they didn’t list salary range which is required by law in California (hello lawsuit) C) they were targeting ~60k lower than competitors for the same job D) the Glassdoor reviews speak for themselves. The questions were rather unimaginative, read off a list and didn’t feel particularly reflective of the JD. I withdrew my candidacy.
