Phone interview was less than ten minutes and the second interview in person was like thirty minutes! Both interviews they went over my resume and asked me tech questions and have I ever worked in a call center before.

Quick thirty minute interview where the manager asked questions about which phone I use, why i chose that device, previous experiences in customer service, past jobs, and current knowledge of advancements in tech. Very cordial.

It was not easy getting a call from them, but it was fast after calling for the phone interview. There is an in person interview that comes next. It was the next business day.
