Received a call from a recruiter. He even called back because my line was busy. He seemed really nice and friendly. I also have plenty of customer service experience and have even done the type of work before with AT&T Mobility. Not sure why I wasn't offered the position. I had actually applied for Asurion several times over the course of two months and never heard from them till a few days ago. I even had an interview setup through another company to work at Asurion, but I had to reschedule and it never was rescheduled. The recruiter apologized, but I still have a sour taste in my mouth regarding Asurion.

The interview process can take a few weeks. There is an online assessment, phone interview, in person interview, and drug screening. Then you wait on a phone call providing your start date.
