Phone interviews followed by an onsite interview where I spoke to 5-6 individuals. Also provided lunch. Thought I did reasonably well but never heard back from them, so guess I wasn't good enough. Only company I've ever interviewed with who never got back to me - I've got rejections from many other companies I've interviewed with but Asurion never contacted me at all afterwards. Good thing I landed another job a couple weeks later.
