At the first interview the Sales Director asked background experiential based questions as well as competency based questions. This stage was a get to know you stage, however was pivotal to moving onwards. The second interview comprised of delivering a 30, 60, 90 day presentation and then followed by questions related to that and also related to previous experience which required examples of situational selling, personal sales methodology and attitudinal related questions.
